Does anyone know of a good loose powder foundation?

I am looking for a loose powder foundation that doesn't look unnatural, sparkly, or shimmery. Does anyone have any recommendations? oh, and for price try to keep it under $17 please.Does anyone know of a good loose powder foundation?
i have the perfect thing; it's about $10 and it's made by physician's formula...it's really good and made by doctors so it's great for your faceDoes anyone know of a good loose powder foundation?
Well, for mineral make up there are lots of different ones. Ones I have heard recommended are Bare Minerals, Maybelline Pure Mineral Foundation, L'Oreal True Match Minerals and Nature's Minerals by The Body Shop, which I personally use and really like. The prices vary so try as many as you can and see what best suits your colouring and skin type.
Actually, Boots own no 7 brand mousse foundation is amazing!

It comes in a little pot, and it's a sort of bubbly mousse for easy storage, and as soon as you put it on your skin, it's like rubbing in a silky soft powder. It's very smooth, natural and cheap!
I quite like Maybelline Mineral Power foundation. It was around $8, and when applied with my own kabuki brush (rather than the one it comes with), it gives my skin a nice airbrushed look and a matte finish.
E.L.F. loose mineral powder foundation is awesome. It's around five bucks only.
