What is the difference between pressed and loose Powder?

What is the difference like the results it gives (like does loose powder stop make up from looking flaky especially under my eyes! lol) and how to apply them so advantages and disadvantages???What is the difference between pressed and loose Powder?

Loose Powder Advantages

It's really preference. Whatever you like really. But I like pressed because loose gets everywhere! It doesn't really help how it looks.. the quality of the makeup helps but try using a tinted moisturizer before your powder, whether you chose pressed or loose, it doubles as a base/sheer liquid foundation and moisturizer %26amp; should help with the flakiness under your eyes.
