Is there a huge difference between loose powder and pressed?

I know one is obviously loose powder and the other is pressed, but will one give more coverage? Feel better? Is there a huge difference between loose powder and pressed?
I think this is going to come down to a personal opinion. Try both of them, and see which one you like best.

Personally, I prefer pressed powder. I believe it gives more coverage (which helps if you don't wear foundation or base) and it often can come with added benifits. My powder is Clarifying Cream Pressed Powder, by Clinique. It has benzoyl peroxide in it, which is a very pwowerful acne medication.

Depending on which look I want, though, sometimes I do use loose powder. It feels more cake-y and unpleasant to me, but I can wear it if I'm going for a more elegant look. Say, a date or a musical performance. Also, I find it does not adhere to my skin as well as pressed powder does.

Basically, pressed powder is my favorite. But like I said, try them both to see which one makes you feel the best. In the end, your confidence is prettier than any makeup, so make sure you pick the one that not only looks the best, but that you feel the best in.

Best of luck!!Is there a huge difference between loose powder and pressed?
It really depends on preference. I think loose powders look very heavy and can become kinda cakey. Personally, I use a pressed powder applied with a powder brush over foundation and as my everyday powder. I use a brush because the pad that most powders come with can get really gross and cause breakouts and other skin irritations. Plus, using a brush gives a more natural sweep of powder over your face, whereas using the pad generally applies more powder.
Pressed Powder gives better coverage, whereas Loose Powder reveals all your zits through its powder. Also, Loose Powder makes you look more like a fake ***, or like a drag queen to be honest! GO FOR THE PRESSED POWDER!!! Good luck x
