If by ';cream'; you mean your daily moisturizer, then thats fine, it will make a tinted moisturizer, which is a sheer foundaton.

no i tries that i goes into a big clogged mess because the powder don't mix properly with the cream when you use it it clogs your skin up at makes you have really bad acne
