my sister gave it to me on a whim and didn't ask the saleslady how to use it.i've never used the stuff before and i really don't know where in my face i should apply it.How do i apply shimmer loose powder?
Well if it's a glow type powder, use it along your upper cheekbones and maybe a little on your chin and forehead.
If it's a glitter/shimmer type powder, I'd use it on my eyes, and chest and arms.
