Is it okay to Wear Both Liquid foundation n Loose Powder??!!?

Is it okay to wear liquid foundation and then finish it off by brushing on some loose/mineral powder?? Or do you think that's too much?? Like my daily makeup routine is cleanse face, put on moisturizer n then dabs of liquid foundation where it's needed n finish it off by loose powder? Is it okay to Wear Both Liquid foundation n Loose Powder??!!?
that's fine as long as it's not all over your face and doesn't look cakey! Use the foundation in areas only where it's needed, and the powder just in areas with higer degrees of oil (eg. T section). I would also suggest that if you're using both, to use oil free products, because they look more natural, are better for your skin, and don't end up looking pancake like.Is it okay to Wear Both Liquid foundation n Loose Powder??!!?
No, that's good.

The powder will also set your foundation, it makes it last longer. And it looks more natural to me than just liquid foundation.

Your doing great (:
Like everyone else has said, sounds like your routine is perfect. As long as you don't use tons of liquid foundation, (it can make lines show up on your jawline) and tons of powder, (which can make you look cakey) you should look pretty natural. Liquid foundation can clog your pores though. My favorite makeup is Bare Minerals powder, because it's a powder that covers like a liquid and NEVER looks fake. Everyone has their favorites though! :)
Yea, its ok but dont pile it on or youll look like your wearing a mask.
I do. I don't like the cream to powders that are supose to be 2 in one they are greasy. Just use loose not pressed powder. And only use a little dab of foundation should cover your entire face.
yea i do it all the time. =]
sounds ok for me cuz liquid foundation will give u a bit shine when u wear it for a few hrs especially if u have oily face, so some loose powder or compress powder will take the shine away u know for a touch up. As long as u dont wear too much of both or eles u'll be looking like ur face is cakey =)
YOU SHOULD! I'm a make-up artist and we always top foundation with a nice dusting of loose powder. Even for minimal coverage products. Or you can use concealer and/or tinted moisturizer, SKIP the foundation and then apply the loose powder for an airy finish without the expense of airbrush make-up. Give it a try sometime!
sounds perfect
Any pro makeup artist finishes the make up routine with loose powder, it sets the make up. If you want a luminous look, go for a loose powder that has some sheen. Revlon makes an inexpensive one. It will make you look more natural, but still cover any flaws.
That's what your supposed to do so that you don't look like a shiny plastic toy.
i'm sure it won't do any serious damage. but it could clog your pores more and maybe give you the look where it looks like your make up is caked on
